Welcome to the Santa Relíquia online shop. By placing an order, you accept the conditions described below.

1. orders

Customers can order products via the online shop, accessible at https://santareliquiawines.com.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the site include VAT at the legal rate in force. Prices may be changed without prior notice, but never after an order has been finalised.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit CardsVisa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, among others.

Apple and Google Pay: Available for users with compatible devices.

Payments are processed securely through the WooPayments. Card data is not stored by Santa Relíquia.

3. Dispatch and delivery

We ship throughout mainland Portugal.

Orders are dispatched within 4 working days of payment.

The customer will be informed by e-mail when the parcel has been dispatched.

4. Cancellations and Returns

The customer can cancel the order before dispatch.

Upon receipt, you have 14 days to return the products, provided they are in perfect condition, unopened and without signs of use.

5. Responsibility

Santa Relíquia is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from external factors (e.g. strikes, carrier errors, natural disasters).

6. User account

By creating an account, the customer undertakes to provide truthful information.

The customer can access, edit or delete their account at any time.

7. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
