Refund and returns policy

1. dispatches

1.1 Delivery areas

Tiguimar ships to Mainland Portugal. Shipping options are presented during checkout, based on the destination and number of boxes.

1.2 Delivery deadlines

Mainland Portugal: 24 to 48 working hours.

Deadlines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur for reasons beyond Tiguimar's control (e.g. customs, strikes, etc.).

1.3 Shipping costs

The cost of shipping is calculated automatically at the checkout, based on the destination, weight and number of boxes. For promotional campaigns, there may be free delivery under previously announced conditions.


2. Returns

2.1 Right of Free Resolution (14 days)

Under the terms of the legislation in force (DL no. 24/2014), the customer has the right to return the products purchased within a period of 14 days upon receipt, without the need to state a reason.

Conditions for return:

The product must be intact, no signs of use and original packaging.

Products will not be accepted open, damaged or without the protective elements originals.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by Tiguimar or a defective product.

2.2 Return procedure

To start the process, send an e-mail to (tiguimar@sapo.pt) with the following details:

Order number

Full name

Reason for return (optional)

Photographs, if applicable

You will be given the return address and the next steps.


3. Refunds

3.1 Deadline

Once the returned products have been received and checked, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 daysusing the same payment method as the purchase.

If the returned product does not fulfil the above criteria, we reserve the right to refuse full or partial reimbursement.

3.2 Damaged or incorrect product

If you receive a product that is damaged or different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt, with photos of the packaging and the product. We will resolve the situation as soon as possible.


4. Exchanges

Tiguimar no direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you must return the original (according to the rules above) and place a new order.
